Processing Time

Most items in our shop are made to order and require 7-10 business days to produce before they are shipped. Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only via standard shipping. Estimated transit times vary by location but are generally 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Free Shipping is available on all US orders over $35.00.

Holiday Shipping 

Holiday orders close on December 8th. Because made-to-order items take 7-10 business days to produce, plus 3-7 business days in transit, we recommend ordering early for gifts you need by Christmas.

Evermere Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shop@evermerestudio.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Evermere Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
