Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order items are final sale and non-returnable. We take great care in crafting each piece, but if your item arrives with a defect caused by us, we're happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a refund on a defective made-to-order item:

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
• The item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Refunds will not be granted without receipt of the returned item.

Ready-to-Ship Items

For non-made-to-order items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please reach out to us at shop@evermerestudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For defective items, photos of the damage are required.

We reserve the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis.
